Free shipping for orders over $100.00  - We ship all orders via USPS & UPS.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

The following are our order processing timelines (excluding holidays):

 

  • T-Shirts - 7-14 business days

  • Books - 5-7 business days

  • Affirmation cards & other products - 5-7 business days

All orders are processed as they arrive in our queue. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping related concerns. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via UPS or USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Due to our products being custom orders, we do not offer refunds and/or exchanges unless there is proven damage to the product during shipping. Each order is carefully inspected via a rigorous 6-step process to ensure the product you are receiving exceeds your expectations.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • PHAP™ will only replace items after verification that they are damaged. 

  • For any customer service/product concerns: please contact PHAP™ @ support@positivityhasapurpose.com.

  • All returns require a verification email and should contain details of the order and photos of any damaged items.

  • The item must be in the original packaging when returned.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a replacement of the same item. No substitutions will be honored.
